| "Let's Go, Girl" Full-Service Planning Researching wedding vendors, reading endless message boards, devouring countless magazines and trying to figure out the monthly planning priorities is starting to overwhelm you before you've even started. You really don't have the 250 hours that it takes, on average, to plan a wedding. You don't want to be reviewing contracts and playing phone tag, but you do get excited at the thought of doing tastings and designing tabletops. Enter Kit. From our first meeting through the wedding day, I'll take care of all the legwork, the logistics, and every last detail, freeing you up to get involved with all the fun parts of the wedding planning. | "You Go, Girl" Semi-Service Planning You've got the ring, what's next? You are newly engaged, and although excited, a little overwhelmed. This package is for the girl who looks forward to planning her own wedding, yet needs some expert advice as to where to begin with the basic steps in planning. You come in, we chat about your ideal wedding, I tell you how to make it happen. We'll have two to four meetings (up to four hours, total), and you will be provided with a wedding planning packet full of materials providing direction and suggestions in planning your ideal wedding. Includes "Day Of" Wedding Management. The "You Go, Girl" package offers: • Four hours of face-to-face or telephone meetings • Discuss wedding expectations • Outline wedding planning process • Discuss suggested budget and timeline • Follow up with a wedding planning packet, with suggestions, samples and planning materials • Provide a list of professional vendors and sites • Provide a suggested wedding week agenda and rehearsal format for wedding party • Offer suggestions of each area of wedding service • Provide samples of invitation addressing format • Etiquette guidance • Complete Wedding Day Management, as described below |

| "Logistically Speaking" "Day Of" Wedding Management You've picked a date, secured a venue, ordered your wedding gown, chosen a color palette, and hired all of your vendors. You should be good to go, but it's turning into a jumbled fiasco, and you're starting to unwind... Don't let wedding stress get to you. This is supposed to be fun! Planning the logistics account for a HUGE portion of the wedding process, and requires the most knowledge, experience, and time. It includes careful coordination with all of the vendors, creating a wedding day schedule that works, and scrutinizing every detail ensuring that no stones are unturned. Let's face it ladies, when 200 people stop to tell you that you've never been so beautiful, that's good - really good! When those same 200 people ask you "Where's the restroom", "Where do we put our gifts", "What time is dinner", "Where's the bar", "Did you order my vegan meal", or "Remember, Aunt Doris is lactose intolerant"......Well, not so good... "Logistically Speaking" allows you to be the bride at your wedding. I become the "point person" managing every detail, while you enjoy the perfect day you've worked so hard to create. It's win-win. Here's how Kit will handle the logistics for you: • Review Contracts for All Vendors. • Confirm Vendor Attendance • Create and Manage Detailed Wedding Day Timeline • Develop and Distribute Timelines, Floor Plan, and Maps to All Vendors and Wedding Party • Create Wedding Party’s Schedule of Events • Attend Final Meeting with Ceremony and Reception Sites • Manage, Choreograph and Orchestrate Wedding Rehearsal (when available) • Manage, Choreograph and Orchestrate Wedding Day: Check the ceremony site to ensure proper setup for your event Ensure flowers are delivered to appropriate area and persons Retain the marriage license for officiant Ensure the Best Man/Maid of Honor have rings Coordinate start time, processional/recessional with the officiant Coordinate start time with musicians Choreograph the wedding ceremony Direct guests to the reception area Direct the bridal party and family to the photography area Coordinate the transfer of flowers, security of gifts, signing of guest book, etc. Ensure that reception room is properly set Ensure that all favors, guest book, place cards and other props are placed appropriately Double check table settings Ensure cake table is properly arranged Act as your "Go To" or "Point of Contact" person Work together with maitre d' to ensure timely dining service Cue Bride & Groom for first dance, cake cutting, toasts and bouquet toss Forward any remaining fees and/or gratuities to vendors Arrange for wedding gown transportation, if required Oversee the transportation of gifts and props with designated person(s) |
